We are a small team of qualified teachers and educators who believe children learn best through play. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
We run flexible, teacher-led sessions for children aged 0 to 8 at South.Point Tuggeranong. Our sessions are small by design, with a maximum of 10 children on-site, so educators get to actually know the children in their care.
A maximum of 10 children on-site at any time, with around a 1:5 ratio, so you can be present with every child.
Intentional, play-based programs planned by qualified teachers, not a clock-driven routine.
Casual and ongoing opportunities across our session times, Monday to Friday, with evening Date Night sessions too.
Our directors are university-qualified teachers who are hands-on in the space every day, and who back their team.
We welcome neurodivergent children and families, and we support educators to do the same well.
We are inside South.Point Tuggeranong, with parking and public transport right there.
We hire for warmth first, and we will always make room for the right person.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, a teaching degree, or study currently underway. Students are welcome to apply.
A current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or willingness to obtain one, plus current First Aid.
You believe in play-based learning, you follow children's interests, and you are comfortable setting up and packing away a messy atelier.
Casual availability across weekdays between 10am and 4pm, with occasional Friday evenings for Date Night sessions.
We are not always advertising a role, but we keep every expression of interest on file and get in touch when something opens up. Tell us a little about yourself and attach your resume.
