Our venue and activities are designed for children aged birth to 8 years.
Saturday and Sunday, as a morning or afternoon session. Friday afternoons from 4:00pm are also available.
Bookings are a minimum of 2 hours. Set-up and pack-down time is charged at $50 per 30 minutes (or part thereof).
A non-refundable $100 deposit and a signed booking agreement are required. Bookings are not confirmed until we have both.
14+ days notice: deposit transferable once. 7 to 13 days: 50% of the total booking fee. Less than 7 days: full payment required.
Decorations are welcome. Confetti, glitter, loose scatter decorations and powder cannons are not permitted.
An oven, stove top and small fridge are available. We do not supply pots, pans or cooking equipment, so we recommend bringing prepared food or arranging catering.
No alcohol, smoking or vaping, or open flames on the premises. Small birthday cake candles are permitted.
Music is welcome, but as we are inside a shopping centre, microphones, amplifiers and excessive noise are not permitted.
External providers are welcome and are arranged directly by you. They must operate within your hired time, with no set-up the evening prior.
The hirer is responsible for supervising children at all times, including on the fully hosted package.
Please leave the venue tidy: rubbish bagged and placed in the laundry area, benches wiped and any dishes washed. Additional fees may apply if the venue is left excessively untidy.
